K&B Party Rentals was founded with the goal of providing affordable and reliable party equipment rentals to our local community. We have started out with just a few bounce houses, wet/dry slide jumpers, tables, linens, chairs and heaters, but over the years we hope to grow to offer a wide range of services and equipment.

PRICING:
Please note that prices and conditions featured on this website may vary (increase/decrease) due to peak demand periods. Prices quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the rental date.
DELIVERY:
Free delivery within 5 miles of 90201. A $1.00 delivery/pick up fee applies for every extra mile. Must have a clear path for delivery. Earliest deliveries start from 8am on the day of the event and can range to the customers desired delivery time. It is required to have at least a 3-hour window for delivery and pickup to ensure deliveries are on time, otherwise, delivery and pickup times are not guaranteed.
PICKUP:
Pickup’s will begin from your requested time, and not before, but can range up to 3 hours after (since drivers have more than one order, they may be delayed). Please allow up to 3 hours window for the pickup. If you are finished using the bouncers before the pickup time, you may simply unplug the unit until the driver arrives for pickup. All water units must be drained before pickup. Latest pickup time for same day rentals is at 8pm. If the event goes late into the night it is recommended to choose our overnight option when scheduling your rental, which we will then be picked up the following morning between 8am - 12pm.
SETUP:
Inflatables can be setup on grass, concrete, asphalt, or hardwood. It is the Customer's responsibility to measure and ensure there is a large enough space for setup. If, upon delivery time, K&B Party Rentals discovers there is not enough space for setup, then a cancellation fee may be applied up to the full amount of the rental. Please note that K&B Party Rentals is not responsible for water pressure issues, that can appear at the customer's location.
STAIRS: Customer must inform K&B Party Rentals of any stairs/steps present to the area of setup. A delivery fee is applied for each product, if stairs are present.
TABLES and CHAIRS
Our curbside delivery and pickup service only includes tables and chairs. It is the customer's responsibility to stack the tables and chairs in the same manner they were delivered and be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time. If you would like us to handle the setup and take down of the tables and chairs, there will be an additional charge for the extra service. Please let us know in advance so that we can allocate sufficient time for our driver to perform the task.
GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING THE USE OF A K&B PARTY RENTALS UNIT:
Customer is responsible for supervising the safety and conduct of all participants using K&B Party Rentals products. Therefore, there should be a responsible and mature adult supervising the operation of the units at all times. Limit the number of children allowed in case of inflatable jumpers. Don't allow to slide more than one at the time. Safety of all participants in units is the responsibility of the person supervising. Participants inside the units SHOULD NOT, AT ANY TIME, be allowed to do anything that is/are prohibited by the safety rules. Blatant disregard of the safety rules may result in physical injuries and/or additional fees for items not allowed. Safety instructions are usually located on the front of the unit, which need to be read and understood by any and all people supervising every game.
(1) Only appropriate age groups and size shall play on the unit at the same time. The Maximum number of players of each group that should play in the rental unit at one time are:

(3) To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
(4) All players MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the rental unit.
(5) Absolutely no gum, food, silly string, party poppers, pets, sharp objects, candy or other sticky substances are allowed in the rental unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $45.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.
(6) DO NOT MOVE the rental unit from the place where it was originally installed. If the rental unit moves while in use, pull the rental unit's corner back to its original location of installation.
(7) Do not enter inflatable if pregnant or have any other physical disabilities.
CAUTION: Keep rental unit away from swimming pools.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The rental equipment is reliable, however, should the rental unit begin to deflate:
(a) If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the rental unit for snugness; re-tie if necessary.
(b) The motor may have stopped, in which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor, and remember to keep only the 100-foot extension cord on the outlet (stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry room).
(c) If you cannot correct the problem call (323) 649-9508.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Lessee shall be fully responsible for its operation as well as return of the of the rental unit/s in good working condition. Lessor and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee or to any other persons using the rental unit, and the Lessee further agrees to hold the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claims. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents from / against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney's fees and related costs involving the use and return of the rental unit, should legal action become necessary.
SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
Lessee acknowledges that he/she has been instructed about and fully understands the safe operation of the rental unit that is the subject of this rental agreement. Lessee agrees to observe all safety precautions. Lessee also represents and warrants the safe return of the unit/equipment and hereby agrees to pay four thousand ($4,000) if it is not returned.
WARRANTY: Lessor warrants that the rental unit leased under this Rental Agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Agreement. The rental unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor's obligation under this Rental Agreement is limited to repair or replacement of the rental unit when Lessor determines that it does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any, and all other warranties expressed or implied and of any and all obligations and of all liabilities on the part of the Lessor for damages, including, but not limited to, consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the rental unit.
ALTERATIONS AND ATTACHMENTS: No alteration in or attachments to the rental unit will be made without prior written approval of Lessor.
MAINTENANCE: Lessee agrees to keep the rental unit in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear expected.
TITLE TO K&B PARTY RENTALS: Lessee agrees to keep the rental unit in his/her custody and not for sublease, rent, sell, remove from the Delivery Address, or otherwise transfer such rental unit. The rental unit will remain the property of the Lessor and may be removed by Lessor at any time after the termination of this Rental Agreement.
INSURANCE CERTIFICATE: K&B Party Rentals is fully insured and delivers across all of Los Angeles County.
RAIN POLICY:
During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations.
